AeroVironment, Inc. [SIMI VALLEY, CA] (NASDAQ: AVAV) announced the appointment of Kevin McDonnell as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective February 10, 2020. Brian Shackley, who served as interim chief financial officer, will remain vice president and controller. Prior to joining AeroVironment, McDonnell served as chief financial officer of JAMS, Inc. McDonnell held various senior financial roles at Teradata Corporation. McDonnell also served as CFO of Digital Insight.

Penn National Gaming, Inc. [WYOMISSING, PA] (NASDAQ: PENN) announced the appointment of David (“Dave”) Williams, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 3, 2020. Williams succeeds William (“B.J.”) Fair, who in September 2019, announced his intention to step down from his role at the Company. Since 2012, Mr. Williams has served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Apple Inc.’s Claris division (formally known as FileMaker).

Katabat [WILMINGTON, DE] hired Guy Abramovitz as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Katabat, he served as the CFO of Workarea (formerly WebLinc). At Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), Abramovitz directed the finance team. Prior to VPP, Abramovitz worked for several national accounting and consulting firms, specializing in transaction services.

Joe Silver

Lighter Capital [SEATTLE] announced the appointment of Joe Silver to Chief Financial Officer. Silver had served as Lighter’s Vice President of Finance since 2015. Silver began his career in the Financial Management Program at GE Capital and later spent six years in the microfinance and impact investing sectors. Prior to Lighter, he managed treasury and capital markets at CAN Capital.

Naturally Slim [DALLAS] announced it has appointed Emily Buxton Taylor as chief financial officer (CFO). Prior to joining Naturally Slim, Taylor served as chief financial officer of Paradigm Tax. Previously, she held numerous financial positions including chief financial officer at National HME, chief accounting officer at Northstar Anesthesia, and chief financial officer at Orthofix Medical, Inc.

Grove Collaborative [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Servaes Tholen as Chief Financial Officer. Tholen joins Grove from Thumbtack, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for over four years. Prior to Thumbtack, Servaes was Chief Financial Officer of Elance and Upwork. Earlier in his career, he held various finance roles at eBay in the Netherlands, UK and US, including Chief Financial Officer of the North America business unit.

Intekhab Weka

WekaIO [CAMPBELL, CA] (Weka) announced the appointment of Intekhab Nazeer as Chief Finance Officer (CFO). Nazeer comes to WekaIO from Unifi Software (acquired by DELL Boomi), where he was CFO. Prior to Unifi Software, his professional experience includes CFO and Chief Operations Officer (COO) appointments at Tribal Planet; HCL Group; Solix Group; Platfora (acquired by Workday); Greenplum (acquired by EMC); Appcelerator (acquired by Axway); and Pelikan Technologies.

StimGuard [POMPANO BEACH, FL] announced the appointment of Stephen Deitsch as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Deitsch most recently was Chief Financial Officer at BioScrip, Inc. Gil Bao, who has served as Interim CFO, will assume the role of Director of Strategy. Previously, Deitsch served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Lanx Inc. Prior to Lanx, Deitsch held numerous executive finance roles at Zimmer including Vice President, Finance, Europe, Middle East & Africa. Deitsch also presently serves on the Board of Directors of Green Sun Medical, since October 2017.

ThoughtSpot [SUNNYVALE, CA] appointed Mohit Daswani as Chief Financial Officer. Daswani was previously Head of Finance & Strategy at Square.  Prior to Square, Daswani was CFO of the Payments, Risk and Technology businesses at PayPal.

Oilfield Water Logistics [DALLAS] (OWL) announced the appointment of Price Moncrief as Chief Financial Officer. Moncrief joins OWL from Concho Resources Inc. where he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Midstream. From 2012 through 2018, Moncrief was Senior Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Capital Markets. Prior to joining Concho in 2010 as Director of Corporate Development, Moncrief was an investment banker at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and J.P. Morgan.

Nancy Person

Hyland [CLEVELAND, OH] announced the forthcoming retirement of Christopher J. Hyland, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hyland, and the promotion of Nancy Person as Hyland’s new CFO effective April 2, 2020. Mr. Hyland will continue to hold his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the company. Mr. Hyland is retiring after a successful 28-year career with the company and 25 years as its CFO. Person is currently Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Hyland and brings more than 25 years of experience to her new appointment. Person joined Hyland in 2010 having previously worked at KeyBank, Charter One Bank and Deloitte.

Michael Konstas

Atlis Motor Vehicles [MESA, AZ] announced the appointment of Michael Konstas as Atlis’s new Chief Financial Officer. Konstas most recently worked as Vice President of Finance Shared Services at American Express Global Business Travel. At American Express he also served as VP of Global FP&A and Divisional CFO of Global Accounts & Sales.

Sebastien Preel

Dreem [NEW YORK and PARIS] announced the hire of Sebastien Preel, who is joining the company as its new Chief Financial Officer. Preel previously served as Vice President of Finance at BlaBlaCar.

PNM Resources, Inc. [ALBUQUERQUE, NM] (NYSE: PNM) announced that Chuck Eldred, currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been named Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Finance. Don Tarry, currently Vice President, Controller and Treasurer, has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PNM Resources. Don joined PNM Resources in 1996. Prior to his current position, Don held the role of Vice President, Customer Service and Chief Information Officer.

Matt Torrie

WineBid [SEATTLE] welcomes Matt Torrie as CFO. Torrie joins from Zulily. He began his career at Deloitte.

Olivia Nelligan

CHS Inc. [ST. PAUL, Minn.] (NASDAQ: CHSCP) announced it has named Olivia Nelligan as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. Most recently, Nelligan served as founder and chief executive officer of Inish Enterprises. Prior to that, Nelligan served as chief executive officer of Nasco, LLC. After serving as Nasco’s CEO, she served as non-executive chair of the company’s board. Before being named Nasco’s CEO, Nelligan was the company’s chief financial officer. Prior to joining Nasco, Nelligan spent 14 years at Kerry Group where she held finance and strategy leadership positions, including serving as global chief financial and strategic planning officer for the Taste & Nutrition division and chief financial officer for the Americas Ingredients & Flavors division.

SinglePoint [PHOENIX, AZ] (OTCQB: SING) announced that Corey Lambrecht rejoined as their new CFO, Lambrecht was a founding investor in the predecessor company to SinglePoint, Lifestyle Wireless and served on the Board of Directors post merger with Carbon Credits International. Lambrecht has served as an independent public company board member and continues to serve on various audit and compensation committees. Lambrecht previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Earth911 Inc., a subsidiary of Infinity Resources Holdings Corporation, from January 2010 to July 2013.

Zoom Telephonics, Inc. [BOSTON, MA] (OTCQB: ZMTP) announced Frank Manning’s retirement as CEO and acting CFO effective February 1, 2020.  Jacquelyn Barry Hamilton will become acting CFO on that date.

Numerated [BOSTON] announced the addition of Duncan Perry as Chief Financial Officer. Perry joins Numerated from Klaviyo. During his time at Klaviyo, Perry served as VP of Finance and VP of Operations. Perry’s other experience includes as CFO at PeopleCube and Senior Director of Finance at Charles River Development.

Complia Health [SCHAUMBURG, IL] welcomed Dawn Drella as Chief Financial Officer. Drella’s experience includes serving as an Operational CFO of a division of a software company.

G2 Integrated Solutions [HOUSTON] announced that Tom Wilkins has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining G2-IS, Tom served as the Senior VP of Operations Finance for C&J Energy Services.  Preceding his role at C&J Energy Services, Tom held numerous CFO positions at privately held companies in the broader energy industry.

Charles Jemley

Dutch Bros Coffee [GRANTS PASS, OR] named Charles Jemley chief financial officer. Jemley most recently, he served as CFO of CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc., the operator of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s. Jemley has served in numerous senior finance positions at global companies, including Starbucks, Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut.

ComplyAdvantage [NEW YORK, LONDON, AND SINGAPORE, None] announced the appointment of Vatsa Narasimha as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Narasimha is the former President and CEO of OANDA Global Corporation (OANDA). Prior to OANDA, Narasimha spent eight years as a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group.

Aerion [RENO, NV] announced that Matthew Mejía has joined Aerion as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategy & Investor Relations. Prior to Renaissance Strategic Advisors, Matthew held leadership positions with the aerospace practices at Booz & Company and Charles River Associates. He also spent eight years as an investment banker at First Equity Development.

Billy Landreneau

Latter and Blum Property Management [NEW ORLEANS] announced that Billy Landreneau has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Previously, Landreneau held the position of Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), Billy comes to Latter & Blum Property Management after having spent the majority of his 15-year career as Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, a Big 4 accounting firm, and Assistant Controller at Hornbeck Offshore Services.

Praxsyn Corporation [WEST PALM BEACH, FL] announced that it has appointed Daniel Oswald as Chief Financial Officer for Praxsyn Corporation and Praxsyn Capital. Oswald began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking Division in New York. He returned to California where he worked in corporate finance roles for PC Mall, Countrywide/Bank of America, and Prospect Mortgage. Since his last corporate role, Oswald has run his own consulting firm.

Easterseals [CHICAGO] named Glenda Oakley its Chief Financial Officer. Oakley was most recently Executive Director and Regional Chief Financial Officer at Aetna Medicaid in Illinois.

Casa Systems, Inc. [ANDOVER, MA] (NASDAQ CASA) announced that Maurizio Nicolelli, Chief Financial Officer, has notified the company of his intention to resign to pursue a CFO opportunity outside of the communications technology industry. Nicolelli will remain with the company until January 31, 2020. Scott Bruckner was appointed as interim CFO. Bruckner is currently SVP Strategy and Corporate Development, which he joined in November 2017 after a more than 20-year career as an investment banker.

Milena Alberti-Perez

MediaMath [NEW YORK] announced that Milena Alberti-Perez has joined the company as chief financial officer. Alberti-Perez most recently served as CFO of Penguin Random House.
