United Surgical Partners International [DALLAS, TX] (USPI), a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare (NYSE: THC), announced that Owen Morris has joined as Chief Financial Officer of USPI. Morris succeeds Jason Cagle, who departed USPI earlier this month. Prior to joining USPI, Morris served as Managing Director and head of the Healthcare Real Estate practice at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He held various leadership positions at Goldman Sachs during his tenure of more than 11 years.
Park City Group, Inc. [SALT LAKE CITY, UT] (NASDAQ: PCYG) announced Todd Mitchell, who has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since September 2015, accepted another opportunity that will allow him to spend more time closer to home in New York. Park City appointed John Merrill, its Senior Vice President of Finance since May 2018 and former CFO of Park City Group from August 2006 – July 2010, as Mitchell’s successor. Prior to rejoining Park City in 2018, Merrill served as CFO and Managing Member of 360 Touch Advertising, a startup, from 2016 to 2018 and as CFO of Track Group, Inc. from 2014 to 2016. Previously, he was a mergers and acquisitions consultant for UnitedHealth Group. Merrill has held a variety of financial roles within public and private organizations including, Clear Channel (nka iHeart Media), IMG, and Sports Authority. Merrill began his career with KPMG.
AVITA Medical [VALENCIA, CA] (ASX: AVH, OTCQX: AVMXY) announced that Dale A. Sander is resigning as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spend more time with his family on the east coast. Tim Rooney, AVITA’s Chief Administrative Officer, will assume the role of interim CFO. Tim previously served as CFO for AVITA from 2012 to 2017 before assuming his current role. Rooney joined AVITA Medical as CFO and Chief Operating Officer in 2012, leading various key executive roles including interim CEO from 2013 to 2015. Prior to AVITA, Mr. Rooney was an executive at PDI Enterprises, Inc., where he served as CFO/COO.
Clarify Health Solutions, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced that William Atkins has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently, Atkins was Chief Financial Officer of Airobotics. Prior to Airobotics, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Calix. He has also held CFO positions at Rivada Networks and at Intelsat. Earlier in his career, he was a senior investment banker at Morgan Stanley.
Cepton Technologies, Inc. [SAN JOSE, CA] announced the appointment of Bob Brown as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Brown joins Cepton from Velodyne LiDAR, where he was CFO. Prior to that he served as the CFO and Executive Vice President at VeriSilicon Holdings Co. and Vice President, Business Development at Cadence Design Systems. Brown previously held various finance roles within organizations including LSI Corporation, formerly LSI Logic, GetThere and Hewlett-Packard.
ICD [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] hired Dave Roach as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Roach most recently served as SVP and CFO for McKesson Technology. Prior to McKesson, Mr. Roach worked in finance at AtomShockwave.com, Macromedia, and Sybase, and as an economic consultant at Ernst & Young.
RiceBran Technologies [THE WOODLANDS, TX] announced the appointment of Todd Mitchell to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Secretary effective July 1, 2019. Mitchell will succeed Dennis Dykes, who informed the Company he will be stepping down from those positions on June 30, 2019, to pursue other business opportunities. Mitchell will serve as Executive Vice President of the Company beginning on May 28, 2019 and Chief Financial Officer and Secretary effective as of July 1, 2019. Prior to joining RiceBran Technologies, Mr. Mitchell served as CFO of Park City Group beginning in September of 2015. Todd also served as the Director of Research for Brean Capital LLC.

James Havel
Clayco [CHICAGO, IL] announced that James M. Havel has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clayco Enterprise. In this role, Havel will work directly with Tony Schofield, who remains CFO of the individual Clayco businesses. Before joining Clayco, Havel served as EVP, Chief Financial Officer of Express Scripts and Major Brands Holdings. Havel also spent more than 34 years with Ernst & Young LLP, where he began his career in 1976. During his time with Ernst & Young LLP, Havel served as an audit partner and in a number of firm leadership roles, including as managing partner of the St Louis office. Havel is a member of the board of directors of Enterprise Financial Services Corp.

Kim Miramontes
Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing [LAS VEGAS, NV] announced that it has selected Kim Miramontes as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Miramontes’ background includes having provided financial and operational leadership to some of the world’s largest gaming and resort brands, including Wyndham, MGM Grand and SHFL Entertainment.
AudioEye, Inc. [TUCSON, AZ] (NASDAQ: AEYE) announced that Sach Barot joined its executive leadership team as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Barot most recently served as CFO, Global Operations for Dun & Bradstreet Corporation (D&B). Barot began his career at D&B in 2002 as a Financial Analyst and held roles with progressive responsibility, culminating with the position of CFO, Global Operations.
Nuvectra Corporation [PLANO, TX] (NASDAQ: NVTR) announced that Walter Z. Berger has resigned as Nuvectra’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer to pursue another business opportunity. The company appointed Jennifer Kosharek, the Company’s current Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, as interim Chief Financial Officer. Kosharek joined Nuvectra in January 2016 as Executive Director, Corporate Controller, and was appointed Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, in June 2018. Prior to joining Nuvectra, Ms. Kosharek was the Corporate Controller and subsequently served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Interphase Corporation from 2011 to 2015. Preceding her position at Interphase, Kosharek served as Senior Accountant – External Reporting and later as Accounting Manager at Sabre Holding from 2008 to 2011. She began her career at Grant Thornton, LLP.

Jim Bottorff
HighPoint Global [HERNDON, VA] announced the appointment of Jim Bottorff as Chief Financial Officer. Bottorff most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of North America for Idemia. Prior to that, Bottorff spent twelve years as the Division CFO for the Federal and Civilian Division at General Dynamics Information Technology. He also held management roles at Anteon before it was acquired by General Dynamics, including Sr. VP of Financial Operations, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Director of Pricing.
Vitality Biopharma, Inc. [LOS ANGELES, CA] announced the promotion of current Controller and Counsel Richard McKilligan to CFO and Counsel. McKilligan has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer and will continue to serve as Counsel and Secretary. He joined Vitality in April 2012 as Controller, Counsel and Secretary. Mr. McKilligan is also a director of Bristol Investment Fund, Ltd. He served as Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Research Solutions, Inc. from 2007 to 2011 and Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel to Bristol Capital Advisors, LLC from 2006 to 2008. He was an associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP in their New York and London offices from 2000 until January 2006 and an associate with Hunton Andrews Kurth, LLP in their New York office from 1998 to 2000.
NV5 Global, Inc. [HOLLYWOOD, FL] (NASDAQ: NVEE) announced the appointment of Edward Codispoti as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NV5, effective June 6, 2019. Mr. Codispoti succeeds current NV5 CFO Michael Rama. Since 2017, Mr. Codispoti has served as CFO of Ilumno Holdings. From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Codispoti served as CFO of TradeStation, Inc. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of TradeStation from 2010 to 2011 and Corporate Controller and Vice President of Accounting from 2007 to 2010. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Codispoti served as Vice President of Financial Reporting at Kos Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From 1997 to 1999, he served as Assistant Controller. Mr. Codispoti began his career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Jeffrey Manwiller
The Crowley Company [FREDERICK, MD] announced that Jeffrey Manwiller joined as its chief financial officer. Previously, Manwiller was a partner at Cherry Bekaert LLP.

Kenneth L. Fischbach
The National Trust Community Investment Corporation (NTCIC) [WASHINGTON, DC] welcomed Kenneth L. Fischbach as its new Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President. Fischbach joins NTCIC most recently from Fannie Mae where he served as Vice President in Finance. In addition to his role at Fannie Mae, Mr. Fischbach has held leadership positions including Senior Vice President, Treasury & Capital Markets for Sallie Mae, Managing Director, Treasury, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Residential Capital, LLC,/GMAC and Senior Vice President of Global Credit and Financial Institutions Management for MBNA/Bank of America.
Netskope [SANTA CLARA, Calif.] announced the appointment of Andrew “Drew” Del Matto to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Del Matto was most recently CFO for Citrix Systems. Prior to Citrix, Del Matto served as CFO of Fortinet. Prior to Fortinet, Del Matto served in various financial leadership roles at Symantec for almost a decade, leaving as acting CFO. Del Matto has also held senior finance leadership roles with Inktomi Corporation and SGI Corporation, and began his career as a certified public accountant (CPA) with KPMG LLP.
New American Funding [TUSTIN, Calif.] announced that they have hired Scott Frommert as CFO.
Bugcrowd [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced the appointment of Mark O’Connor as chief financial officer. Prior to Bugcrowd, O’Connor served as CFO of Appirio, and held executive financial and operational positions at Nuance Communications, BeVocal (acquired by Nuance), Appshop, and Broadword Communications.
ExteNet Systems [CHICAGO, ILLINOIS] announced it has appointed Garth Williams as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. For the past six years, Williams served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Kroll. Previously, he served at American Tower Corporation in various senior finance roles including Investor Relations, International Reporting and Treasury. He began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and worked in their Melbourne, Hong Kong and New York offices. Williams succeeds Dan Timm, who has been with the company for nearly nine years.
Heska Corporation [LOVELAND, Colo.] (NASDAQ: HSKA) announced the promotion of Catherine Grassman from Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Grassman was appointed Heska’s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer December 2017, having previously served as the Company’s Corporate Controller since January of 2017. Prior to joining Heska, Ms. Grassman spent more than 15 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a senior manager in the audit practice, with later success as Corporate Controller of a private-equity backed company.
TPI Composites, Inc. [SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.] (NASDAQ: TPIC) announced that it has promoted William Siwek to President, effective May 8, 2019, and appointed Bryan Schumaker as Chief Financial Officer. Siwek was previously TPI’s Chief Financial Officer, beginning in August 2013, Prior to joining TPI, Schumaker served in various financial roles at First Solar, Inc. from April 2008 to May 2019, most recently as its Chief Accounting Officer from July 2015 to May 2019, as well as the Chief Financial Officer of 8point3 Energy Partners, a publicly-traded limited partnership formed by First Solar and Sunpower Corporation to own, operate and acquire solar energy generation projects from July 2016 to July 2018. Prior to working at First Solar, Bryan spent over five years at Swift Transportation in various finance roles, including as Corporate Controller. Bryan also has worked in public accounting at KPMG and at a BDO alliance firm in various roles.
