New Senior Investment Group Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: SNR) announced that David Smith has resigned as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to accept another business opportunity. Smith will continue in his current position through the third quarter to ensure a smooth transition for the Company. Bhairav Patel, the Company’s current Executive Vice President of Finance & Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer will assume these additional responsibilities.
Lever [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Ed Tang joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Lever, Tang served as VP of Strategic Finance, Operations, and Business Analytics at Box. Tang brings another nine years of experience at Salesforce, where he was involved in business and corporate development.

Larry Heydon
Golden LivingCenters – Indiana [INDIANAPOLIS] announced that Larry Heydon has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Golden LivingCenters – Indiana, Heydon was President and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Memorial Hospital for 11 years. He also served as the hospital’s Chief Financial Officer for six years. Heydon served as the Executive Director of the Mooresville campus of Franciscan St. Francis Health. In addition to his healthcare experience, Heydon has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Citizens Bank – Indiana (Citba Financial Corporation) since 2014.
Synlogic, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] (NASDAQ: SYBX) announced the departure of Todd Shegog, Chief Financial Officer, effective September 18, 2019.
ZeroNorth [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Karen Higgins as chief financial officer (CFO). Higgins served as CFO of Resilient Systems, that was acquired by IBM Security. Following the acquisition, Karen spent over three years at IBM in various financial and operational executive roles, including General Manager of Resilient. Higgins also led operations at IBM Security. Prior to her roles at Resilient and IBM, Higgins held a number of other finance and leadership positions including VP of finance at Veracode, and corporate controller at SupplyScape and Zix Corporation.
Beam Therapeutics [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced the appointment of Terry-Ann Burrell as chief financial officer. Burrell joins Beam from J.P. Morgan, where she was a managing director in the healthcare investment banking group. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Burrell worked in equity research at Citigroup, where she covered specialty pharmaceuticals and generics.
Capitolis [NEW YORK & LONDON & TEL-AVIV] announced that it has appointed Joseph (Joe) A. Molluso as Chief Financial Officer. Joe has spent the past six years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Virtu Financial. He has more than 20 years of financial institutions experience, having previously been a financial technology investment banker and Managing Dìrector at JP Morgan. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Joe Molluso was an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and its successor, Credit Suisse.

Ross J. Muken
Click Therapeutics, Inc. [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Ross J. Muken as Chief Financial Officer. Muken joins from Evercore ISI, where he was a Senior Managing Director and Partner. Prior to joining Evercore ISI, Mr. Muken served as a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities. Previously, Mr. Muken spent time in the Equity Research division of Thomas Weisel Partners and began his career as an M&A Investment Banker at Bank of America Securities.
Encore Wire Corporation [MCKINNEY, TX] (NASDAQ Global Select: WIRE) announced that the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Frank J. Bilban, will retire in May of 2020. His successor, Bret J. Eckert was hired following an intensive search process. Most recently, Bret served as Executive Managing Director for the Houston office of Riveron Consulting LLC, a business advisory firm, from June 2018 to August 2019. Previously he was Senior Vice President and CFO of Atmos Energy Corporation in Dallas for approximately five years. He spent the first twenty-two years of his career with Ernst & Young LLP where he was a partner for ten years. Bret has been appointed as a Vice President-Finance of Encore Wire Corporation. Frank Bilban will remain a Vice President-Finance and our Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary through December 31, 2019 while transitioning to Bret. Bret will take over as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary on January 1, 2020. Frank will stay on as a Vice President-Finance until the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in May to assist Bret as needed.
Bojangles’, Inc. [CHARLOTTE, NC] announced that Reese Stewart has joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer. Reese comes to Bojangles’ after a nearly 15-year career with CKE Restaurants, the parent company of the Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s brands. Most recently, Reese was Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for CKE. He also previously served as the company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his time with CKE Restaurants, Reese served as Reporting Director for Infonet Services Corporation.
Universal Technical Institute, Inc. [SCOTTSDALE, AZ] (NYSE: UTI) announced that Troy R. Anderson will join the company on September 23, 2019 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, permanently filling the role held on an interim basis by Scott Yessner. Most recently, Anderson was Vice President and Corporate Controller for Conduent, Inc. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Xerox, Inc.’s Public Sector Industry Group.

Tim McHugh
Welltower Inc. [TOLEDO, Ohio] (NYSE: WELL) announced that Tim McHugh has been named Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McHugh has been with the Company since 2016 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance. McHugh joined the Company in 2016 from RREEF Management, currently known as DWS Investments. Prior to RREEF, Mr. McHugh was an equity research analyst at Northern Trust.

Jed Gold
Mister Car Wash [TUCSON, Ariz.] announced that Jed Gold has joined as CFO. Gold joins Mister Car Wash with 20 years of financial and accounting experience. His roles with the world’s largest restaurant company (KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell) included Assistant Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for KFC Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan.

Crystal Spoor
Ref-Chem [HOUSTON], a Burns & McDonnell company, announced that Crystal Spoor has joined as chief financial officer. Spoor replaced Rodney Page who retired in June. Since 2014, Spoor has conducted financial planning and analysis for Burns & McDonnell in the firm’s largest revenue-producing region, with offices in Houston and Austin, Texas, as well as Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In 2018, she played a part in the firm’s acquisition of Ref-Chem.
Sungard® Availability Services [WAYNE, PA] (Sungard AS) named Terrence J. (TJ) Anderson as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. Most recently, Anderson was executive vice president – corporate development and finance at Broadview Networks. Prior to Broadview, Anderson was vice president, banking and corporate financing, for the media and communications group at Chemical Banking Corporation, and worked in financial roles at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, in both New York and Switzerland.
Shorelight [BOSTON] announced the hiring of Lynnet Conley as Chief Financial Officer. Conley most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Vistra. Prior to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Vistra, Conley held several leadership positions advancing global organizations, including Radius, Inc., Automatic Data Processing, Inc., ES-Major Account Services and Employer Services International.
Stealth BioTherapeutics [BOSTON] (NASDAQ: MITO) announced the appointment of Robert Weiskopf as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Weiskopf had a 12-year tenure at ArQule, where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2015 to 2019. Weiskopf previously held financial management positions at Aware, Inc., Lightbridge Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation/Compaq and Ernst & Young LLP.

Scott Magnano
Medicx Media Solutions [SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.] announced that Scott Magnano joins the company as Chief Financial Officer. Magnano joins the company from CNA National Warranty, where he served as Assistant Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis. Before that, Magnano was the Director, Financial Planning, and Analysis at LifeLock. Magnano also held senior financial roles for Travelers and The Hanover. Magnano began his career at The Hartford leading the financial direction of several business segments.
Extraction Oil & Gas, Inc. [DENVER] (NASDAQ: XOG) announced that Russell T. Kelley, Jr., Extraction’s Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the Company, effective September 15, 2019, to pursue other interests. Tom Brock has been designated to assume the role of principal financial officer of the Company and will continue in his current role as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. Brock has served as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, since 2016 and has over 21 years of energy-focused accounting experience. Brock began his career with KPMG LLP, where he held various positions serving clients in the energy industry.
Selecta Biosciences, Inc. [WATERTOWN, MA] (NASDAQ: SELB) announced the appointment of Brad Dahms as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Selecta Biosciences, Dahms was a Senior Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. Prior to joining Cantor, Dahms worked as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets, covering the healthcare sector. Previously, he worked in the Corporate and Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan.
Virtu Financial, LLC [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: VIRT) announced that Alex Ioffe will be joining Virtu as its Chief Financial Officer, effective September 30, 2019. Alex will succeed Joseph Molluso, Virtu’s current Chief Financial Officer since 2013, who has decided to depart Virtu following a transition period in order to pursue other interests. Alex most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. He previously served in senior financial roles at Datek and Bertelsmann and as an information technology consultant at Accenture.
Dasan Zhone Solutions, Inc. [OAKLAND, Calif.] (NASDAQ: DZSI) announced that Michael Golomb, the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Treasurer and Corporate Secretary informed the Company that he intends to resign his employment with the Company, to pursue another opportunity.
Comstock Mining Inc. [VIRGINIA CITY, NV] (NYSE American: LODE) announced the appointment of Juan Carlos “JC” Giron Jr., as its Chief Financial Officer and President. Giron worked in financial and capital market roles for UBS Global Wealth Management and in strategic development roles for Hydrus Technology Holdings.

Jon Kunkle
Somatus [VIENNA, VA] announced the appointment of Jon Kunkle as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Kunkle was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic. Prior to that, he held executive leadership positions at Aetna and Coventry Health Care.

Scott McGuire
Nexus [MINNEAPOLIS] hired Scott McGuire as Chief Financial Officer. McGuire brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ecumen. Prior to that, McGuire worked at Sysco Corporation as Market CFO and Vice President of Finance.

Bijal Patel
Synamedia [London and Atlanta] appointed Bijal Patel as Chief Financial Officer. Bijal joins Synamedia from HotSchedules, where he served as CFO for three years. Prior to this, he was CFO at Aptean and before that he was Vice President of Finance at Finastra and subsequently interim CFO. Bijal spent the early part of his career at IBM.
Unifi, Inc. [GREENSBORO, NC] (NYSE: UFI) announced the appointment of Craig A. Creaturo as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, effective September 9, 2019. Christopher A. Smosna, who has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer since December 2018, will continue in his role as Vice President & Treasurer. Creaturo recently served as Chief Financial Officer & Vice President-Administration of Chromalox, Inc., from February 2015 to March 2019. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of II-VI Incorporated, from 2004 to 2014.
Fuzzy’s Taco Shop [DALLAS] named Jessica Wescott as Chief Financial Officer. Wescott previously served as the Executive Vice President of Finance. Wescott began her career in wealth management before moving into the franchising world and working her way up to Vice President of Development & Finance with MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes.
