Waste Management, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: WM) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed James C. (Jim) Fish, Jr. to the position of President. Fish retains his existing role as Chief Financial Officer while the Company conducts a search to fill that role. Fish joined Waste Management in 2001. Prior to becoming CFO, he held several key positions with the Company, including Senior Vice President for the Company’s Eastern Group, Area Vice President for Pennsylvania and West Virginia, Market Area General Manager for Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Vice President of Price Management and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Before joining Waste Management, Fish held finance or revenue management positions at Westex, a Yellow-Roadway subsidiary; Trans World Airlines; and America West Airlines. He began his professional career at KPMG Peat Marwick.

AngioDynamics [ALBANY, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: ANGO) announced the appointment of Michael Greiner as the company’s new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Greiner most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Extreme Reach, Inc. Prior to his role at Extreme Reach, Greiner held several executive roles, including Senior Vice President Corporate Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Cimpress N.V. (formerly known as Vistaprint N.V.), Global Controller for GE’s Water and Processing Technologies division and leadership roles at Bausch & Lomb and Wyeth.

Array BioPharma [BOULDER, Colo.] (NASDAQ: ARRY) announced it has appointed Jason Haddock as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Haddock’s will be replacing David Horin, who had been acting as Array’s interim CFO. Mr. Haddock has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Bristol-Myers Squibb for over more than 13 years through 2015. Mr. Haddock most recently served as CFO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BERG Health.

S&P GLOBAL INC. [New York, New York] announced the departure of the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (and principal financial officer), Jack F. Callahan, Jr.  Robert J. MacKay, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Controller and Chief Accounting Officer (principal accounting officer), will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (and principal financial officer) on an interim basis until such time as a new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (and principal financial officer) is appointed.  Prior to joining S&P Global, Mr. MacKay spent 18 years at PepsiCo, Inc. where he served as Senior Vice President & Controller for PepsiCo Americas Beverages from 2011-2015, Senior Vice President & General Auditor from 2007-2011, and Vice President & Controller for PepsiCo International from 2003-2007 in New York, among other roles.

Crain Communications Inc. [DETROIT] announced that Bob Recchia has been named Chief Financial Officer. Recchia was most recently vice president and CFO at Valassis Communications Inc. Recchia joined Valassis in 1982 as treasurer and became CFO in 1990.

Adeptus Health Inc. [LEWISVILLE, Texas] (NYSE: ADPT) announced Frank R. Williams, Jr. will join Adeptus Health’s executive leadership as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Williams will succeed Timothy L. Fielding, who is resigning. Williams most recently was the Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Director-Acquisitions for Medical Properties Trust (MPT) for the past five years.  Prior to MPT, Williams was a Managing Director in the healthcare investment banking division at Barclays Capital. Before that, he was a Senior Managing Director in the healthcare group at Bear, Stearns & Co, Inc.

Triumph Group [BERWYN, Pa.] (NYSE: TGI)  announced that James McCabe is joining the company as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. McCabe joins Triumph from Steel Partners Holdings where he last served as Senior Vice President and CFO, and President, Shared Services. Prior to joining Steel Partners Holdings, McCabe served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of American Water’s Northeast Region, and President and CFO of Teleflex Aerospace.

SGI Global, LLC [ALEXANDRIA, Va.] announced the hiring of Jimmy Viescas as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Viescas was most recently the Director of Finance for Octo Consulting Group. He previously worked for General Dynamics Information Technology in several roles throughout nine years with the company. Mr. Viescas began his career as an auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and later as an auditor with Los Alamos National Laboratory.

MemorialCare Health System [ORANGE COUNTY, Calif.] has named Aaron Coley Chief Financial Officer. Coley joined MemorialCare in 2000 as Orange County’s Director of Decision Support. In 2004, he became system Vice President for Finance and Decision Support, helping guide MemorialCare’s expansion and partnerships. Coley previously served in finance and decision support at Dignity Health and Redlands Community Hospital. Coley was a board member and officer of Green Valley Mutual Water Company.

Erie Indemnity Company [ERIE, Pa.] (NASDAQ: ERIE) has appointed Gregory Gutting executive vice president and chief financial officer. Gutting has served as interim CFO since October 2015. Gutting joined ERIE in 1985 as a corporate accountant. He was named an assistant vice president in 2001 and joined the Corporate Financial Planning Department in 2004 as a senior corporate financial planning analyst II. He became senior vice president of the Controller Division in 2009.

Syncsort [WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J.] has tapped Bob Bies to join its executive leadership team as chief financial officer. Bob was most recently CFO of Cannondale Investments. Before that he was EVP, CFO and Treasurer at Greenfield Online.

Biocept, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: BIOC) announced the appointment of Timothy C. Kennedy as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations. He succeeds Mark Foletta, who has served as Interim CFO since August 2015 and will remain as a consultant to the Company. From 2013 to July 2016, Mr. Kennedy served as Chief Financial Officer of Millennium Health.  From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Kennedy was Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of PLUS Diagnostics.  From 1997 to 2008, Mr. Kennedy held an ownership position in Diagnostic Imaging Management. From 1988 to 1997, he held a number of management positions, including Head of Finance, with National Health Laboratories.

UMB Financial Corporation [KANSAS CITY, Mo.] (NASDAQ: UMBF) announced it has named Ram Shankar as chief financial officer. Prior to joining UMB, Shankar spent five years as managing director of First Niagara Financial Group. Before that, Shankar spent time at FBR Capital Markets as a senior research analyst and at M&T Bank Corporation in the financial planning measurement and corporate finance/M&A group.

Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: LIND) announced it has named Craig Felenstein as its Chief Financial Officer.   Mr. Felenstein most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Finance at Shutterstock, since March 2015.   Prior to Shutterstock, he was at Discovery Communications, LLC, from May 2008 to March 2015, serving in various management roles, including Executive Vice President of Investor Relations.  At the same time, he was part of the executive team for several of Discovery’s businesses including serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Digital, Chief Financial Officer of US Network Revenue and Chief Financial Officer of Animal Planet.  Prior to Discovery Communications, he held senior positions at News Corporation, Viacom Inc., and Arthur Andersen & Co.

Verdezyne, Inc. [CARLSBAD, Calif.] has appointed David Kelsey as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kelsey was CFO of Elevance Renewable Sciences from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President and CFO of Sealed Air Corp. From 1973 he held a variety of executive positions with General Electric (NYSE: GE) and GE Capital.

Alliance Health [SOUTH JORDAN, Utah] announced the appointment of Scott Klossner as Chief Financial Officer.

Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP [PHOENIX, ARIZ.] announced that Kevin M. Posterro has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, Posterro served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance at Choate Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston.

Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. [GLENDALE, Calif.] (OTC: AMEH), announced the appointment of Mihir Shah as Chief Financial Officer. He joined ApolloMed as a consultant in March 2016.  Prior to joining ApolloMed, he was CFO of Unitek Information Systems.  Prior to this, from 2013 to 2015, Mr. Shah was Vice President and Controller of Health Essentials, LLC (“HES”). Prior to this, from 2005 to 2013, he was Vice President of Finance and Analytics at Arcadian Health Plan.

Severn Bancorp, Inc. [ANNAPOLIS, Md.] (NASDAQ: SVBI) announced the appointment of Paul B. Susie as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He was previously with Hopkins Federal Savings Bank in the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Hopkins Federal, Mr. Susie served as Chief Financial Officer for 1st Mariner Bank. He has also held financial executive positions in biopharmaceutical, manufacturing and marine companies.

Health New England [SPRINGFIELD, Mass.] announced the appointment of Michael Marrone as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Health New England, Mike was Chief Financial Officer-New England Market at Aetna Inc. Mike’s career also includes more than nine years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

Veritas Investments [SAN FRANCISCO] announced Nina Tran has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Nina was previously CFO at Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust. Before that she was at Prologis, Inc.

InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. [MADISON HEIGHTS] (NYSE MKT: INFU) announced that its chief financial officer, Jonathan P. Foster, has resigned.  The Company will appoint Christopher Downs, its current vice president & treasurer as executive vice president and interim chief financial officer.

Benefitfocus, Inc. [CHARLESTON, S.C.] announced that Dennis B. Story, its Chief Financial Officer, has resigned.  Raymond August, President and Chief Operating Officer, will serve as the Company’s principal financial and accounting officer until a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed. Mr. August joined Benefitfocus in 2014. He most recently served as the General Manager for the Financial Services division of the Computer Sciences Corp.  In addition, Mr. August previously held a management position at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
